Philip showing videos in CAA Exhibition - Tradition and Innovation
Hello!
I have three short videos in Tradition and Innovation at the CAA, celebrating 50 years of ceramics at Harrow, and opening on 20th April 2012. The show runs until 9th June 2012.
I will be at the private view on Thursday, 26th April 2012, 6 - 8 pm. I hope to see you there!
It would be great if you can also come to the Ceramics on Screen event on Monday, 28th May 2012, 6 - 8pm. At this event three films will be shown: a film by Jonathan Roe of a performance by Cally Trench and me, Body Body Clay Pane (October 2011); Brigit Connolly's film Host (2012); and films by Sylvain Thirouin. After everyone has seen the films, there will be an opportunity for discussion, chaired by the show's curator Tessa Peters.
I can recommend Ceramics in the Expanded Field on Thursday, 24th May at 4 pm and Tea with a Twist on Thursday, 7th June at 4 pm, so I hope you will be able to join us at CAA for these events too. The final Harrow Ceramics degree show will be at the Rag Factory on Brick Lane also on 7th June so you could go to both if you wish.
If you would like to come to Ceramics on Screen, or any of the CAA events, you will need to book a place by going to the CAA website - www.caa.org.uk.
I am looking forward to seeing you at CAA soon.
All best wishes,
Philip
